LOWER SCHUYLKILL BIOTECH CAMPUS
The Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC) is seeking partners to develop the 40 acres of riverfront property in Southwest Philadelphia. The property will become The Lower Schuylkill Biotech Campus, a world-class urban center for modern cell and gene therapy bioproduction.

We worked with Colliers to create and design a visual identity and solicitation materials, and provide guidance on the project’s narrative for the solicitation process of a development partner on behalf of PIDC. Throughout the materials, we maintained a narrative that spoke to the deep-seeded history of innovation and community strength of our city. We stewared the development’s naming process - which resulted in a place-based name - and conceptualized, directed and edited a brand video that shares the story of Philly’s tradition of inventing “firsts” that create groundbreaking global impacts, born out of our city’s unmatched creativity and audacity. To complete the package of solicitation materials, we designed the RFQ + RFP documents along with the public website.
