We were tasked with auditing the existing Diamond & Associates website and transitioning it to a more user-friendly platform while maintaining their brand identity.

The project began with presenting various conceptual web frameworks and collaboratively confirming the tone, narrative, and overall image of the new site. Execution phases included site mapping, wireframing, building the approved sitemap on a new platform, content migration, layout design, and incorporating + developing a CMS for editability with supporting graphics and brand elements.
A comprehensive timeline and the use of Google Docs facilitated efficient document sharing, contributing to transparency and expediency. Project Management ensured that delays were mitigated and delivery dates were met, resulting in a successful website revamp that aligned with Diamond & Associates' objectives.
